Price List for house maintenance service Cleaning/caretaking/changeovers - 20€ per hour Pre-season clean and close down clean - 20€ per hour Laundry service  - 20€ per person ** House book preparation - by arrangement Inventories  - 20€ per hour Chef’s service  - price on application Winter security checks (internal and external) - 25€ per visit ** This includes per person – 1 x duvet cover, 1 x fitted or flat sheet, 2 x pillowcases, 1 x bath towel, 1 x hand towel, 1 x bath mat, 1 x pool towel. Double or King size bed for 2 persons charged per person rate. Please note that travelling costs for delivery and collection to the laundry are included in the per person rate.

We offer the following FREE administration service to our clients all year round.

• Telephone calls and regular emails to client – update on their property after each visit – this is free of charge

Trouble shooting

• Any telephone calls, emails, letters = pro rata rate on our hourly rate of 20€

• Visits to suppliers will be at a pro-rata rate on our hourly rate of 20€ (plus travelling costs)

• Meeting with tradespersons, suppliers, delivery of furniture or items will be pro rata on our hourly rate of 20€ (plus travelling costs)
